The Budget and Finance Committee oversees the Operating and Capital Reserve Budgets, audit of internal transactions, insurance, financial reports, contracts, revenues, and investment of HGA funds. With the exception of operating funds, investments must be in federally insured accounts in amounts equal to or less than federally insured ceilings.
The Committee meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 10:00 AM or the Monday before the HGA regular Board meeting.
