Only one person may circulate each petition section.
The circulator must accompany the petition at all times. The petition may not be left unattended, posted or passed unattended among potential signers.
The circulator must witness every signature block as the signer completes it, and must not take the petition section apart or remove the original staples.
The petition may be signed by registered electors of the Heather gardens Metropolitan District.
