Pursuant to Section 24-6-402(2)(c), C.R.S., the Board of Directors of the Heather Gardens Metropolitan District hereby gives notice that it will hold a special meeting 1:00 PM on August 19, 2025, at Heather Gardens Clubhouse, 2888 South Heather Gardens Way, Arapahoe County, Colorado 80014 in the boardroom and via Zoom video conference. The meeting will be held for the purpose of conducting the business of the Heather Gardens Metropolitan District. This meeting is open to the public.
